Common questions
How much does long-distance towing cost?
Rough guideposts: San Diego to LA or Orange County starts around $285 flat. San Diego to Inland Empire or Riverside from $245. San Diego to Las Vegas from $585. San Diego to Phoenix from $685. Every quote is written and flat — you know the number before we start. Rate depends on distance, vehicle size, and whether it's a standard flatbed or covered/specialized transport.
Can I schedule a pickup for a non-emergency transport?
Yes. Scheduled pickups are our preference for long-distance — usually 24–48 hours out. It gives us time to route the driver efficiently and typically comes with the lowest quote. Same-day is available for emergencies at a slightly higher rate.
Do you tow out of state?
Yes. Most common routes from San Diego: Las Vegas, Phoenix, Yuma, Riverside/Inland Empire, LA metro, Orange County, Santa Barbara, Bakersfield, Fresno, Bay Area. For destinations beyond California and Arizona, we also coordinate with national transport partners.
What about a broken-down car on a road trip?
Call us. If you broke down within San Diego County on a road trip, we respond as an emergency tow. If you broke down in LA or OC and need the car to come back to SD, we can run an outbound driver — same-day if we have capacity. Give us the location and situation when you call.
Is long-distance towing covered by insurance?
It depends on your policy and motor club. Many roadside plans cap distance at 100 miles. Premium plans (AAA Plus RV, Allstate Platinum) cover further. Call your insurer first and confirm what they will reimburse. We provide receipts and documentation.

Homeowners who hired us for this
Broke down on the 5 at 1 a.m. Dispatcher answered on the first ring, gave me a real ETA, and the flatbed showed up 35 minutes later. Driver walked me through the load and I was home by 3. Exactly what I needed.
Our 26-foot rental truck died halfway through a move. Called three companies; Quick Tow was the only one who picked up. Heavy wrecker was onsite in under an hour and they dropped the truck exactly where we needed.
Model Y wouldn't shift out of park. They rolled up with a low-clearance flatbed, knew exactly what button combo puts it in transport mode, loaded with soft straps. No drama, no scratches, no nonsense.
